Frank Kaminsky won’t last past No. 9, could go as high as No. 4 in 2015 NBA Draft

The former Wisconsin Badger has seen his stock rise dramatically, according to one report.

SB Nation's 2015 NBA Draft Tracker

Frank Kaminsky won't last past the Hornets at ninth and could go as high as fourth to the Knicks, reports ESPN's Chad Ford.

Kaminsky was projected to be selected late in the lottery until recently, but it now seems like he could go in the top five. The Knicks have been rumored to be enamored with the former Wisconsin Badger, but it was assumed they would trade down to get him. Now it appears they would have to select him with the fourth pick to secure his services, because the Kings, which own the sixth pick, are also interested. The Hornets will select him if he lasts until they pick at No. 9, according to Ford.

Kaminsky is 22 years old already but has a diverse offensive game that should allow him to contribute right away. There are some concerns about his defense but with the right big man next to him those weaknesses can be hidden while his outside shot and post game could make him a perfect secondary scorer.

There are no sure things in the draft, but Kaminsky looks like a safe pick and teams are apparently very drawn to that.
