NBA Draft order 2015: All 60 picks in the draft
The Minnesota Timberwolves are on the clock in the 2015 NBA Draft.
The NBA Draft is finally here. For the players, this means the chance to realize the dream of a lifetime. For teams, it's the ultimate way to add young talent at a low cost.
There is no more important tool for building a team than the draft. Look no further than the NBA champion Golden State Warriors, who selected Stephen Curry at No. 7 in 2009, Klay Thompson at No. 11 in 2011, and Harrison Barnes and Draymond Green at No. 7 and No. 35, respectively, in 2012 (with backup big Festus Ezeli at No. 30 that same year).
The draft stars with the Minnesota Timberwolves, who are likely to select Kentucky big man Karl-Anthony Towns. After that, things get interesting. The Los Angeles Lakers could tab Duke's Jahlil Okafor, or throw a wrench into the draft by taking Ohio State's D'Angelo Russell. No one can ever honestly say they know what Sam Hinkie and the 76ers are thinking at No. 3. The Knicks have been at the center of rumors at No. 4 all week and could very well trade the pick away to target either Frank Kaminsky or Trey Lyles later in the draft.
