Joakim Noah may miss more time after suffering another shoulder separation against the Dallas Mavericks on Friday, as confirmed by Chicago Bulls PR.

Noah immediately ran off the floor after a collision with JaVale McGee and went straight to the locker room holding his left shoulder, which is the same one he injured on Dec. 21 that caused him to miss nine games. When he injured his shoulder the first time, the Bulls waited two weeks before ruling out surgery.
