Last Wednesday, Russell Westbrook and J.J. Barea started scufflin' on a play that got them both technical fouls and Charlie Villanueva ejected. In the second quarter of that game, an annoyed Westbrook picked up a second technical after barking at a referee, leading to an automatic ejection. He hadn't scored a point, making it just the second career game where he was held scoreless.

Maybe that sequence was running through Westbrook’s mind when he decided to block Barea’s shot so hard on Friday that it probably ended up in the nether regions of Hades located somewhere beneath the earth.
Barea is the smallest* player in the NBA, so occasionally this happens to him, but MAN. Goodbye basketball.
*Isaiah Thomas is the only guy who might argue for this award instead, but I've stood next to Barea, so I'll stick with what I know.
