Every college underclassman who has declared for the 2016 NBA Draft

A look at who’s jumping to the NBA, who’s staying in school and who’s still undecided about their draft decision.

It’s a new era in the NBA draft. The NCAA extended the deadline for underclassmen to pull their name out of the draft and return to college to May 25, which is 10 days after the NBA Draft Combine. Now players can get feedback from NBA teams without risking their college eligibility, as long as they don’t hire an agent.

The rule change will have college coaches on edge, but is unquestionably beneficial for the players. If the list of names declaring for the draft looks longer than ever this year, that’s why. There will be plenty of moving parts before the draft takes place June 23 in Brooklyn’s Barclays Center.

Several projected first round picks have already decided to return to college, including Ivan Rabb, a freshman power forward from Cal who was considered a possible lottery pick. Duke’s Grayson Allen, Indiana’s Thomas Bryant and Florida State’s Dwayne Bacon are among the other players who have decided to bypass the draft to return to school.

Below is an updated look at who is locked into the draft by signing an agent, who is testing the waters without an agent and who is returning to school. And for a look at where players can expect to be taken, check out our Ricky O'Donnell's latest 2016 Mock Draft.
