The Wizards pulled a savage prank on Markieff Morris by giving him back his Suns gear in Phoenix

Markieff Morris was traded to the Washington Wizards at the trade deadline, so when his new team went back to his old home in Phoenix for a road game, a funny prank would be to put out his old jersey and nameplate in his road locker. (via CSN Mid-Atlantic)

Wait, but what was that about Morris’ departure? It’s all coming back now. He demanded to be traded last summer? Fought with teammates? The fans went on to boo him the entire evening? He left the arena on a hoverboard (that hit a speedbump) when the trade was announced? The two sides don’t have any love lost for one another? Man, this prank was VICIOUS. April Fool’s Day, the worst holiday in America, has redeemed itself for one more year.
