Blazers vs. Warriors, NBA playoffs 2016: Game time, TV schedule and live stream for Game 5

Golden State and the recently anointed MVP return home.

It was the perfect coronation. On Monday, a day before it became official, reports began to trickle out that Stephen Curry had been named the league's Most Valuable Player for the second straight season.

Curry then returned to the court that night after missing the series' previous three games and proceeded to drop 40 points on the Blazers. Seventeen of those came in overtime, an NBA record, and the Warriors knocked off the Blazers in Portland 132-125 to take a 3-1 series lead.

The two teams return to Golden State Wednesday night. Curry, who came off the bench on Monday, will be in the starting lineup, according to Warriors head coach Steve Kerr. That’s bad news for the Blazers, who seemingly emptied the chamber in Game 4 and still came up short.

In order to pull off the upset and hand the Warriors a rare home loss, Portland is going to need more big games from Damian Lillard (26.3 points per game in the playoffs) and C.J. McCollum (19.8). Both have been on fire and so it's certainly possible. But it's going to he hard for the Blazers to keep their season alive with Curry back on the floor and clearly in a flow.
