DeMarre Carroll and Luol Deng both left Game 5 between the Raptors and Heat due to wrist injuries on Wednesday night. Neither returned to action after the injuries. An MRI on Carroll's wrist came up negative, while the Heat say that tests on Deng's wrist were "inconclusive."
DeMarre Carroll, Luol Deng leave Game 5 with wrist injuries
Two more injuries in this series.

Carroll appeared to suffer his injury after colliding with a defender while trying to shoot a layup in the third quarter:
The Raptors forward stayed down afterward for several minutes and could be seen holding his wrist, which was an early indication of the injury. At least it’s a good sign for Toronto that the tests came back negative.
Carroll has been a crucial member of the Raptors this season since signing a lucrative long-term deal with the team as a free agent last offseason. He’s a strong defender on the wings and helps stretch the floor with his efficient shooting. In this series, he’s averaged 11.2 points, 4.6 rebounds and 1.4 steals per game.
The 29-year-old recorded six points and six rebounds in 26 minutes before going down Wednesday night. Without him, there would be a lot more pressure on DeMar DeRozan and Terrence Ross to stop Miami's perimeter scorers.
The Heat may be without Deng, however, after the veteran forward also suffered a wrist injury in Game 5. He was struggling badly in the game, shooting 0-of-8 with just four points in 24 minutes, but has been much better in other contests this postseason. If he doesn't return for Game 6, we'll likely see even more of Justise Winslow and Josh Richardson.
