Cavaliers vs. Warriors 2016 live stream: Time, TV schedule and how to watch NBA Finals Game 1 online

The Cavaliers will look to avenge last season’s loss to the Warriors when the NBA Finals start on Thursday.

The NBA Finals are finally here. After three rounds of inter conference battles, the best teams in the East and the West will fight for the title. It's a rematch of last year's finals but both teams have changed since then, so it's hard to predict what will happen. The only thing that's guaranteed is that it will be a fun series featuring some of the best individual talent the league has to offer.

LeBron James and the Cavaliers ran roughshod through the first two rounds of the Eastern Conference playoffs, sweeping the Pistons and Hawks. They lost their first game of the postseason in the third matchup against the Raptors in the conference finals. After dropping Game 4, as well, they looked vulnerable for the first time in a long while before bouncing back. They took Games 5 and 6, closing the series in Toronto and punching their ticket to the finals.

The Warriors had a tougher road. Stephen Curry suffered an injury in the first round series against the Rockets, so they had to close it out without him. They managed to do that in five games but were still shorthanded headed into their second-round matchup against the Trail Blazers. Once Curry returned, however, they rolled past an outmatched Portland team. The Thunder were their first true test and they almost failed it. After falling behind 3-1, they had to rally and win three straight to make it back to the finals.

Since the last time these two teams battled it out for the title, a lot has changed. David Blatt was fired as head coach of the Cavaliers, the Warriors broke the record for most regular season wins and there are new faces in both rosters. The biggest difference, however, will be that the Cavaliers are healthy now, after playing without Kyrie Irving and Kevin Love for most of their series against Golden State.

The Warriors have the MVP, as well as other stars in Draymond Green and Klay Thompson. The Cavaliers have LeBron James ready to lead Love and Irving to a championship. The two best teams in the league will do battle for at least four games. Enjoy.
