The Kings welcomed DeMarcus Cousins back to Sacramento with a warm video intro

This was nice.

The Kings had a warm welcome video for DeMarcus Cousins in his first return to Sacramento since he was traded during the All-Star break last season.

Cousins was greeted with a mix of cheers and boos after a, well, up-and-down, and sometimes even more down, time with the Kings. The superstar didn’t enjoy a lot of his time with his former team and even said he regretted not leaving sooner.

But he did love the people and fans in Sacramento, and saying goodbye was hard for him.

It was nice to see Cousins was given the welcome video he deserved.
