Watch Kobe Bryant’s reaction as his Lakers jerseys were retired

Kobe Bryant had not one, but two jerseys retired at Staples Center on Monday night. His No. 8 and No. 24 jerseys hung high, and alongside Magic Johnson, Rob Pelinka, and Jeanie Buss, he watched them as they were unveiled.

Bryant didn’t seem to shed a tear, which is impressive given all the touching words that were said before. A tribute video took the crowd through his childhood aspirations just before that, and Magic Johnson had even just called him the greatest Laker ever!

Still, the Mamba could only grin.

Now his uniforms will be in the rafters forever.
