Rajon Rondo dished a career-high 25 assists against the Brooklyn Nets on Tuesday night in the Pelicans’ 128-113 win. That’s the most assists in a game since Jason Kidd in 1996!

New Orleans’ offense was on fire, draining 17 of 33 three-point shots (52 percent), and 48 of 90 shots overall. Four players scored 20 or more points including Jrue Holiday, E’Twaun Moore, DeMarcus Cousins and Anthony Davis.

The precision of Rondo’s passes allowed for Davis to score 33 points with 11 rebounds, and Cousins had 27 points with 14 rebounds.

So much for a lackluster offense in New Orleans.
