This shot didn’t count for obvious reasons, but honestly, the NBA needs to just let plays like this happen. This is art. This should count.
This immediately reminded me of the 50-point basket from MTV’s Rock ‘N Jock games. If you’re too young for this, it was a basket that was placed extremely high in the air above the regular rim, and yes it counted for 50 points. You can see it’s ridiculousness here. And don’t blame me when you get in a Rock N’ Jock rabbit hole.
