NBA All-Star weekend is opening with the Rising Stars Challenge, which is going to be headlined by two of the NBA’s youngest and most talented players in Karl-Anthony Towns and Kristaps Porzingis.

The game will feature 20 players that are handpicked by the league’s assistant coaches, separated into the U.S. Team and the World Team. Towns will headline the U.S. Team, and is joined by the likes of Devin Booker, Malcolm Brogdon, Marquese Chriss, Brandon Ingram, Frank Kaminsky, Jahlil Okafor, D’Angelo Russell, Jonathon Simmons, and Myles Turner.

Booker led U.S. reserves last season in points with 23, with Russell a close second with 22. This year, the U.S. Team will be without 2016 Rising Stars Challenge MVP Zach LaVine.

Porzingis will lead a World Team that will also feature Danté Exum, Buddy Hield, Nikola Jokic, Trey Lyles, Jamal Murray, Domantas Sabonis, and Dario Saric.

Porzingis and Mudiay both had 30 points for the World Team last season, tied for the most of anybody playing in the game. The 157-154 game that went in the favor of Team USA was the highest scoring game in the history of the series.

This will be the third consecutive season where 10 first and second year players from the U.S. take on 10 of the same from around the world.
