Celtics 103, Cavaliers 99
The matchup against the current one and two seed in the Eastern Conference was everything NBA fans wanted it to be. Filled with 24 lead changes and 18 ties, this one came down to the wire as the Celtics held on for the win.
Al Horford finished with nine points, 10 rebounds and 10 assists. Isaiah Thomas finished with 31 points including this late three-pointer 46.4 seconds to go and two free throws with with 28.1 seconds left that put the Celtics ahead for good
LeBron James finished with a triple double, his seventh of the season, with 28 points, 13 rebounds and 10 assists. Kyrie Irving finished 28 points including this beautiful layup late in the fourth quarter.
The Cavaliers hold a three game lead on the Celtics and lead the head to head series 2-1. They’ll play one more time on Apr. 5 in Boston.
Wizards 105, Raptors 96: Final
The Raptors were no match for the Wizards without Kyle Lowry. Newly acquired Wizard Bojan Bogdanovic led the way with 27 points, Bradley Beal had 23 points, and John Wall finished with 12 points and 13 assists. Even on the road, the Wizards dominated this game early and never let off the gas. The play of the night came from point guard John Wall blocking Serge Ibaka at the rim in massive fashion.
The Heat have now won 17 of their last 20 games and are all the way up to ninth place in the Eastern Conference. So much for this team tanking!
The Pelicans got their first win since trading for DeMarcus Cousins with DeMarcus Cousins suspended. It’s not to say that Cousins is a problem, but it will take time for Cousins and Davis to figute out playing together.

The home stretch of the NBA season continues on Wednesday night as 22 teams will take the court. The night is headlined with two big Eastern Conference games as teams fight for playoff position. On ESPN, the No. 1 seed Cavaliers and No. 2 seed Celtics face off in Boston. The Celtics are currently four games back from the Cavaliers. The Wizards and Raptors who are third and fourth in the East respectively will battle in Toronto. Each team falls two games behind the Celtics.
Cavaliers and Celtics will tip off on ESPN at 8 p.m., while the Wizards and Raptors are at 7:30 p.m. on League Pass. Following Cavs-Celtics, the Rockets and Clippers hit the floor at 10:30 p.m. on ESPN.
