The Warriors-Thunder matchup continues to be one of the league’s best rivalries, yet it has no significant meaning on the court. The Warriors easily swept the season series 4-0 against the Thunder, winning by 26, 21, 16, and 16. Yet every time they play it’s must-see TV.

On Monday night near the end of the first half, a scuffle emerged between Stephen Curry, Semaj Christon, and Russell Westbrook before a jump ball was thrown.

Curry got the last laugh though as he hit a three-pointer at the buzzer ending the first half and sprinted off to the locker room.

The game was never really that close as the Warriors dominated most of it. Klay Thompson and Curry combined for 57 points on the night, while Draymond Green chipped in with 10 rebounds and six assists. Westbrook fell short of a triple-double in the loss finishing with 15 points, eight rebounds, and seven assists.

James Harden made another contribution to his MVP case

When the Rockets needed a basket, Harden delivered. He went coast to coast hitting a game winning layup for the Rockets against the Nuggets. Harden finished the night 39 points, seven rebounds, and 11 assists as the Rockets won 125-124.

Paul George spoiled Gordon Hayward’s homecoming game

It’s fitting that it’s March Madness and Gordon Hayward was back home playing basketball in Indianapolis. Even more fitting, he put up a career high 38 points against the Pacers. But Paul George had other plans as he scored the final seven points for the Pacers, including this dagger that put the Jazz away for good.

Andre Roberson had the worst two free throws of the year

Roberson is only shooting 43 percent on free throws for the year, but this was exceptionally bad. He bricked the first off the backboard and then completely airballed the second shot.
