It was a slow night around the league as most teams were resting and will play on Wednesday, the final day of the season. But do you know what wasn’t slow? Tony Romo becoming an honorary member of the Dallas Mavericks.
NBA scores 2017: Tony Romo steals the show on 2nd-to-last night of season
“Romo Night” in Dallas was pretty great.

Romo went through the entire day with the team, including the shootaround, a team picture, warmups, and even pregame intros. And what do you know, his jumper is actually pretty good!
Rick Carlisle even tried to sub Romo into the game, but Mark Cuban wouldn’t let it happen. After all, Adam Silver made it clear Romo could not play actual minutes and the contract would not be honored. It was still a fun moment anyway.
Pretty great moment for Dallas sports fans as they were able to celebrate Romo.
