When do the NBA Finals start?

The Spurs put up a fight without Kawhi Leonard, Tony Parker, or (eventually) David Lee. But the Warriors remain the Warriors, and Golden State won Game 3 in San Antonio by double digits. Kevin Durant put the game in the Warriors’ control with a brilliant third quarter. It made Kawhi quite sad.

Meanwhile, Isaiah Thomas’s season is over two games early. His hip injury has knocked him out of the conference finals, where the Cavaliers will try to take a 3-0 lead on Sunday (8:30 p.m. ET, TNT).
