With a minute to go in the third quarter and the Cavaliers up on the Pacers in Game 7 by two, LeBron James exited the game and went straight to the locker room with an athletic trainer. He had played every minute of the game up to that point, and the dreaded word associated with his playoff past had resurfaced.
LeBron James had cramps in Game 7, but the Cavs still won
Not this again.

Cramps.
LeBron was cramping in his leg and missed almost five minutes of game action. Thankfully, George Hill, Tristan Thompson and Kevin Love were enough to give the Cavaliers an eight-point lead when The King returned with 8:25 to go in the fourth quarter.
James had had this cramping issue before. Remember, he cramped up during the 2014 NBA Finals against the Spurs, forcing him to exit Game 1. He even had to be carried to the bench in that game because the cramps were so severe.
This time, his cramps weren’t so severe. He returned to the floor, and the Cavs won to advance to the second round. Maybe, though, just maybe, he should pull this play-every-minute thing against the Raptors.
