It’s the biggest height discrepancy on the Spurs by a significant margin. Sure, everyone looks small next to Wemby but Paul stands right at six-foot, which has honestly always felt a little generous anyway.
The important thing in San Antonio isn’t how these guys match up height wise, but how the play will be — and to that end we could see some truly highlight lobs night after night. CP3 remains one of the best passers in the NBA even after all these years, and he fits a lot better into the Spurs lineup than he did with the Warriors last year.
It’s going to be a fun season.
