Maui Invitational 2011 Bracket, Schedule: Duke, Kansas In Action Monday

Duke-Tennessee and Kansas-Georgetown highlight Monday’s slate at the 2011 Maui Invitational. Michigan faces Memphis and UCLA takes on Chaminade, as well.

The Championship Round of the 2011 Maui Invitational is set to tip off Monday with four games scheduled for the day. The Duke Blue Devils and the Kansas Jayhawks highlight what should be a competitive field in Hawaii this season.

Duke takes on the Tennessee Volunteers at 5:30 p.m. ET on ESPN2 having already beaten Belmont and Michigan State to begin the season undefeated. Tennessee Sophomore Trae Golden leads the Volunteers in scoring, averaging 23 points per game and shooting better than 46 percent on 3-pointers.

The Jayhawks will face the Georgetown Hoyas at midnight on ESPN2, for those looking for some solid late night hoops action. Kansas is still reeling from a 10-point loss to Kentucky on Tuesday. Senior guard Tyshawn Taylor led Kansas with 22 points on the day, largely thanks to 15-of-17 shooting from the free-throw line.

Michigan will take on Memphis at 3:00 p.m. ET on ESPN2 to begin the day’s action. UCLA and Chaminade will play as the lead-in game to Kansas, tipping off at 9:30 p.m. on ESPNU.
