Hofstra’s Taran Buie To Be Arraigned For Theft Charges

The Centre Daily Times reported that court documents now charge Buie with taking an iPhone, valued at $600, from a Penn State campus dorm during a party and using the phone “hundreds if not thousands of times” over several months. He’s also accused of taking a Droid phone he found in the the back of a taxi and not returning it.

He is charged with keeping lost property and two counts of receiving stolen property and criminal mischief. All are misdemeanors.
