You probably haven’t heard of Mitch McGary, but he’s 6’10 a Top 5 recruit in the country, and over the weekend he single-handedly delayed an All-Star game when he destroyed a backboard. Now we have video, and an interview with McGary, himself:

↵Inconvenient injuries and delays aside, McGary says, “They gave me a nickname, ‘White Chocolate’, ‘cause I’m the only white guy out here. But I guess they’ll call me ‘White Thunder’ now...” And that, my friends, is how you win back some street cred with your peers just a few days after an NBA player dunked all over you in a pickup game.
