The Wisconsin Badgers visited the struggling Penn St. Nittany Lions on Tuesday evening in search of yet another win in the Big Ten. After a shaky first half, the Badgers regrouped and walked away with the 52-46 win. With the victory, the Badgers improve to 18-5 overall, with a 7-3 record in the Big Ten. Penn State, meanwhile, falls to 10-13 overall and holds a dismal 2-8 in conference play.

The Wisconsin Badgers held off the hometown Penn State Nittany Lions on Tuesday evening, picking up the 52-46 victory. It was the sixth straight win for the No. 19 Badgers.

The Badgers fell behind early and trailed 23-17 heading into halftime. It looked as though Penn State might be able to get the upset win, but Wisconsin pulled together in the second half and picked up their sixth straight victory.
Jordan Taylor scored 18 points for the Badgers, including scoring 13 of Wisconsin's last 17 points. He hit a clutch 3-pointer with 1:44 left to help put the game away and scored six free throws in the final minute. Wisconsin's Ryan Evans contributed 11 points and six rebounds.
Tim Frazier of Penn State led all scorers with 21 points, also picking up four rebounds and seven assists.
Wisconsin plays their next game on Saturday, Feb. 4, when they will host the Ohio St. Buckeyes. The Nittany Lions will next play on Saturday, Feb. 4, as they visit the Iowa Hawkeyes.
