Texas had Baylor down 10 points at halftime on Monday night, but the Bears were far from out. And they proved it with a massive second half that gave them a 77-72 win over the Longhorns on the road in Austin.

Baylor rallied from a double-digit halftime deficit to earn a critical road win at Texas.
Baylor's Quincy Acy had a monster game for the Bears, with 22 points and 16 rebounds, eight on the offensive end, and scored 14 of his points in the second half, but Pierre Jackson led Baylor and all scorers with 25 points, and made all 12 of his free throw attempts. The Bears chipped away at Texas' lead, and from a 65-65 tie with just over four minutes remaining, made eight of nine free throws to secure the victory.
Texas failed to make good on its stellar first half, but it wasn't J'Covan Brown's fault: the junior scored 18 points on six threes and played all 40 minutes for the 'Horns. But the only other Texas player with more than three field goals was Sheldon McClellan, who chipped in 13 points off the bench, and Texas' defense had no answers for the Bears in the second half.
