For the first time this season, the Michigan Wolverines lost at home. They struggled behind the arc on Saturday night as they fell to the Purdue Boilermakers, 75-61. Purdue was very much on the NCAA tournament bubble heading into this game and was in need of a big win to get into the conversation for an at-large bid. They probably still need another win or two between their last two games and the Big Ten tournament to play themselves in, but they've helped their cause considerably with this road victory, which took them to 9-7 in conference.
No. 11 Michigan Vs. Purdue: Boilermakers Hand Wolverines First Home Loss
The Purdue Boilermakers handed the Michigan Wolverines their first home loss of the season Saturday evening.

The Wolverines attempted an incredible 32 three-point shots, but made only nine of them. They missed some open shots, but their poor shooting was more down to the perimeter defense of the Boilermakers.
Robbie Hummel had 17 points and nine rebounds for Purdue while playing a spectacular game on the defensive end. Terone Johnson led all scorers with 22 points on 9-12 shooting, and he was also a perfect 4-4 from the free throw line.
