ACC Tournament Currently Has Most Expensive Average Ticket Price

The average price of ACC Tournament tickets is more than even the Big East’s, according to TiqIQ’s data.

As could probably be expected, tickets for the ACC Tournament are currently more expensive than any other conference tournament in the nation. According to SB Nation ticketing partner TiqIQ, the average price to see an ACC Tournament game at Atlanta’s Phillips Arena from March 8-11 is currently $209. That’s just $7 more expensive than the average price for tickets to see Big East Tournament and Madison Square Garden and $9 more expensive than the average ticket to see the Big 12 Tournament at Kansas City’s Sprint Center. (Find tickets for all the tournaments here)

It will be considerably cheaper to go to a Pac-12 or Big Ten tournament game. The average price to see the Pac-12 Tournament at Los Angeles’ Staples Center is $149, while the Big Ten costs an average of just $108.

Still, relatively cheap tickets are available. Even with average prices hovering around $200 on the secondary market, you can get a pass for the entire first day of the ACC tournament for as cheap as $262 and there are tickets as cheap as $6 for the first game of the Big East Tournament.
