The Wisconsin Badgers are nearly impossible to beat at the Kohl Center, especially when the Ohio State Buckeyes are in town. Bo Ryan's team had won 12 straight over Ohio State in Madison heading into Saturday's game. That streak finally came to end, however, with the Badgers struggling behind the arc on their way to a 58-52 loss.

Wisconsin played typically stout defensively, but shot just 5-for-27 on 3-pointers. Their shooting woes have been a storyline throughout the season, and were especially on display Saturday. Still, the Badgers managed to keep the game tight for 40 minutes thanks to a big spark from Ryan Evans, who had 10 points in the first half and 14 for the game. Jordan Taylor added 12 points and six assists, along with three turnovers.

Jared Sullinger dominated inside for the Buckeyes, racking up 24 points and 10 rebounds. He went 8-for-10 from the free throw line and was responsible for putting Wisconsin big man Jared Berggren in foul trouble early. DeShaun Thomas struggled defensively but displayed a range of inside moves to chip in 16 points in the win.
