The sventh-ranked Kansas Jayhawks rebounded from their loss to the Missouri Tigers with a 68-54 win over the sixth-ranked Baylor Bears at the Ferrell Center in Waco, Texas on Wednesday night.

Kansas got a career-high 25 points from forward-center Jeff Withey, who was one of only five Jayhawks to score. Tyshawn Taylor added 19 points and Thomas Robinson had 15 points to go along with his game-high 11 rebounds. Connor Teahan (eight points) and Travis Relaford (one point) rounded out the scoring for the Jayhawks, who completed the season sweep of the Bears.

For Baylor, Pierre Jackson was seven of 15 from the floor to finish with a team-high 16 points. Cory Jefferson added 11 points and Quincy Acy had ten points for the Bears, who only got five points on one of eight shooting from leading scorer Perry Jones III.

The Jayhawks improve to 19-5 on the season and 9-2 in the Big 12 and will host the Oklahoma State Cowboys on Saturday afternoon. Baylor was handed just their third loss of the season, all within the Big 12, and travel to the Tigers on Saturday.
