NIT Selection Show: Time, TV Information And More

The 2012 NIT Selection Show takes place on ESPN and ESPN3 on Sunday March 11 at 9 p.m. ET.

The 2012 NIT NCAA Basketball Tournament begins Tuesday, but before the opening round can begin, the committee must decide the field. The committee decides Sunday at 9 p.m. ET. You can watch live on ESPN3.com or on ESPN and find out who will host the first- and second-round match ups.

The first round is March 13 and 14, with the second round taking place from March 15 through March 19. The quarterfinals are on March 20 and 21. The semifinals (March 27) and final (March 29) will be held in Madison Square Garden in New York City.
