NCAA Tournament 2012, Colorado Vs. Baylor: TV Schedule, Game Time And More

The Colorado Buffaloes will try to prove the Pac-12 was legit on Saturday night as they attempt to knock off the Baylor Bears with hopes of advancing to the Sweet 16 portion of the 2012 NCAA Tournament.

The Pac-12 was anything but awesome this season, but their conference champions were able to pick up a first round victory when the No. 11 Colorado Buffaloes defeated the UNLV Runnin' Rebels on Thursday night. The next step in their road to relevance will come on Saturday night against the No. 3 Baylor Bears.

The Buffaloes aren’t the sexiest team in the 2012 NCAA Tournament and might have trouble matching up with a more athletic Baylor program, but they’ll give it a shot at 8:40 p.m. on Saturday night in a game scheduled to be televised on TNT.

Killdeer, N.D., native Austin Dufault hit three of his four three-point attempts on his way to a team-high 14 points to help lead Colorado to a victory on Thursday night. The Buffaloes will need more contributions out everyone but him, fellow forward Andre Roberson and Carlon Brown if they're going to be able to move to the Sweet 16.

Baylor looked like it might be on its way to being upset by the South Dakota St. Jackrabbits in the earlygoings of their game on Thursday evening, but their superior talent was eventually able to outmatch the Jackrabbits' adrenaline rush. It'd be wise of them to get off to a better start on Saturday night if they want to continue advancing through the bracket, however.
