The 17-point first half ended up being all Iowa needed in a three-touchdown defeat of Penn State in Iowa City.

Neither team exactly blew up the scoreboard, but Penn State’s entire offense was outgained by the punter (330-316). Ricky Stanzi was 16-of-22 for 227 yards with a touchdown and pick for Iowa.
