In light of all that, I think we can forgive one young man for his awkwardly articulated joy.
Georgia’s now up 41-14 on Tennessee in the third quarter, and the gentleman with what appears to be a tic-tac-toe board painted on his chest is probably even more elated than that GIF captures.
