After struggling against Northwestern in the first half, the offense of No. 13 Iowa is off to a great start in the third quarter of Saturday’s action. Hawkeyes quarterback Ricky Stanzi found his favorite target, Marvin McNutt, in the end zone to take a 10-7 lead.

After the Iowa defense forced the Wildcats to punt, running back Adam Robinson took the ball for the first four plays of the Hawkeyes’ drive, rushing for a combined 34 yards -- Robinson now already has 86 rushing yards on the day. Stanzi then took over, throwing three straight completions and capping the drive with a 5-yard toss to McNutt.
Northwestern now has the ball with nine minutes left in the third quarter.
