There are a few players in college football who could add an expletive as a middle name and have it sound not just normal but fitting. Alshon Jeffery, South Carolina wideout extraordinaire, is definitely one of them.

This one didn’t actually lead to points for South Carolina, and is maybe the one really bright spot in an otherwise dismal first half for the Gamecocks. But Jeffery’s a surefire NFL player and Steve Spurrier has him for another year in Columbia, which is a good bet to create more bright spots in the future.
Also, you may remember that Lane Kiffin allegedly once told Jeffery that if he went to South Carolina, he’d end up pumping gas*. Uh-huh**.
