Kansas State Vs. Texas Tech TV Schedule, Spread, Game Time And More

Bill Snyder and Kansas State attempt to stay undefeated on the season when they visit Lubbock on Saturday night.

The 4-1 Texas Tech Red Raiders will be looking to bounce back to last week's 45-40 loss to the Texas A&M Aggies when the host the 5-0 Kansas St. Wildcats, who are ranked 17th in the nation.

Texas Tech quarterback Seth Doege's 44 completions on 66 attempts for 391 yards and three touchdowns were not enough against the Aggies, Doege has completed 162-of-227 pass attempts for 1,706 yards with 17 touchdowns and just one interception on the season and the Red Raiders may be relying more on the junior quarterback to keep the nation's sixth-ranked offense humming. Junior running back Eric Stephens will miss the remainder of the season with a dislocated left kneecap. Stephens led Texas Tech with 570 yards and eight touchdowns on the ground and senior Aaron Crawford and freshmen DeAndre Washington and Kenny Williams will attempt to fill the void.

Undefeated Kansas State continues to boost one of the nation's more potent rushing attacks, averaging 247 yards per game. The ground game is lead by running back John Hubert and quarterback Collin Klein, each of whom is averaging 93 yards per game. Klein leads the Wildcats with seven rushing touchdowns to go along with his six touchdown passes. The Wildcats will need Klein and Hubert to chew the clock to keep Doege & Co. on the sidelines, and for JUCO transfer Nigel Malone to demonstrate the ball-hawking skills he showed when he intercepted two passes in his Kansas State debut. Malone leads the Wildcats with three interceptions on the season.
