What can you do when Robert Griffin III happens? You really can’t do much. Oklahoma gave it their best shot, but they’re now out of the BCS title game running.

At the beginning of the drive, Baylor contented itself with playing for overtime. But Bob Stoops called a time out in an attempt to get the ball back with seconds to go. Art Briles recognized the courtesy and graciously welcomed it, charging Griffin to make his way down the field by foot and by arm and end the Sooners’ national title hopes.
After the game, Baylor fans who’d spilled onto the field chanted, “HEIS-MAN” while surrounding Griffin. In the din, Erin Andrews told him they were chanting his name, but there’s really no difference at this point. Crown the man.
