Ohio State Vs. Michigan Score: Safety, Denard Robinson’s 41-Yard Touchdown Give Wolverines Lead

The Ohio State Buckeyes opened the game against the Michigan Wolverines with a 54-yard touchdown pass from Braxton Miller to Corey Brown. Michigan QB Denard Robinson literally took matters into his own hands with an electric 41-yard touchdown run to tie the game up 7-7 in the first quarter.

With the run, Robinson passes the 1,000 yard rushing mark for the season and his 15th touchdown of the year.

On first down from the Ohio State 47, Robinson threw a six-yard completion to Toussaint. On the next play, Robinson took the ball on a keeper and rushed to the left, leaving Buckeye defenders in his wake en route to the endzone.

Robinson is 1-of-2 for 6 passing yards and has 47 yards rushing on two attempts. Much more to come from him today.

Following that, the Wolverines’ defense got credit for a safety when Ohio State’s offensive line was called for a safety in the end zone, making it 9-7 Michigan at the 7:41 point of the first quarter.
