Civil War 2011 Score: Oregon Burning Oregon State To The Ground

The Civil War has officially turned into a rout. In fact, Oregon is resembling William Sherman and Oregon State is looking a lot like Atlanta right now.

Early in the fourth quarter, Oregon has churned out 592 yards of total offense en route to a 42-7 lead. Darron Thomas is 25-of-38 for 294 yards and four touchdowns. LaMichael James, who left the game with an injury, already had 139 yards and a touchdown on 24 carries. De'Anthony Thomas has 82 on five carries, and Kenjon Barner's 16 attempts included a one-yard touchdown run.

For Oregon State, very little has gone right on offense. Sean Mannon is 16-of-31 passing for 157 yards, a touchdown and two interceptions. The running game has managed 26 yards on 18 carries. The Beavers have eight first downs.
