College Football TV Schedule, Week 14: Bedlam, Conference Title Games And The End

Out with a bang we go, as eight of 11 conference titles are still up for grabs. No. 1 LSU vs. No. 14 Georgia and No. 3 Oklahoma State vs. No. 10 Oklahoma could alter the BCS National Championship somewhat, while No. 6 Houston has a chance at a perfect season.

A potent college football schedule concludes the regular season (for everybody except Army and Navy), featuring official conference championship games for the SEC, Big Ten, ACC, Pac-12, Conference USA, and MAC, along with a de facto Big 12 title showdown between the Oklahoma Sooners and Oklahoma St. Cowboys that will not only decide that conference's victor, but also perhaps upset the SEC's meet-you-at-the-crystal moment, should voters get mischievous.

The Houston Cougars also have a lot to play for. Getting past ranked Southern Miss will mean a 13-0 season and an assured BCS bowl bid, while a loss would mean they'd have to hope for an enterprising bowl to select them -- over, ohh, let's say the Michigan Wolverines or Kansas St. Wildcats -- since their non-AQ autobid would probably fall to the TCU Horned Frogs due to stupid BCS rules.

The Big East is up for grabs as well. The Louisville Cardinals are hoping for a loss by the Cincinnati Bearcats, though the West Virginia Mountaineers can also sneak in with a win. If Cincy wins or if both win, it'll come down to Sunday night's BCS standings.
