Despite a surge (13 points counts as a surge in the Big Ten) in the second quarter, the Ohio St. Buckeyes still enter the locker room tied 13-13 with the 1-8 Indiana Hoosiers. Indy has five more first downs and seven more yards so far, so this isn't any sort of a fluke showing, though the Bucks did commit an extra turnover.
