It might be hard for Oklahoma fans to focus on the fact that they actually won their last conference clash with Texas A&M. For them, the most important part of the game might actually be the injury to Ryan Broyles, who had a team-leading 87 receiving yards on two catches before going out.

As far as the scoring went, the game was probably done when the Sooners took a 41-10 lead into the fourth quarter. The Aggies managed to put together a late but ultimately futile rally, putting 15 points on the board on a 16-yard rushing touchdown by Ben Malena, an eight-yard pass to Cyrus Gray and a two-point conversion pass to Malcolme Kennedy.
Landry Jones wasn't particularly effective, going 18-of-38 for 255 yards and two touchdowns. But the Sooners ground out 149 yards rushing, including 99 yards on 26 carries by Roy Finch.
Texas A&M didn't help itself by committing four turnovers, including three interceptions by quarterback Ryan Tannehill, who was otherwise 32-of-64 for 379 yards and two touchdowns. That's how you lose a game in which you outgain the other team by 123 yards.
