Kansas State Vs Oklahoma State Score: Wildcats Lead, Chaos Imminent

The Kansas State Wildcats are six minutes away from blowing up the best-laid plans. You see, Bedlam has been circled on the calendars of many, even with the Oklahoma Sooners’ loss to Texas Tech a few weeks back. All the Oklahoma State Cowboys needed to do was keep on winning.

And yet here we are, with Kansas State leading Oklahoma State late in the fourth quarter. The Wildcats just scored the go-ahead touchdown on a four-yard Colin Klein run, capping a 14-play, 70-yard drive that took almost eight and a half minutes off the clock. For a team trying to come back in the fourth quarter in a close game the drive was just what the doctor ordered.

Brandon Weeden and the Cowboys still have a chance, but the next six minutes are the season, essentially. A loss here knocks Oklahoma State from the BCS Championship picture -- at least for now -- while a win should bump the Cowboys up into the top-two.

With time running out in the fourth, Kansas State leads Oklahoma, 38-37.
