Denico Autry Commits To Mississippi Sate Bulldogs

Mississippi State lands the top JUCO defender in the country.

Denico Autry, the top JUCO defensive end in the country, has committed to the Mississippi State Bulldogs, per Steve Robertson. The 6’5”, 255-pound Autry stars for East Mississippi Community College.

He claims offers from Alabama, Arkansas, Auburn, Florida, Florida State, Georgia, Miami (FL), Mississippi State, North Carolina, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Texas A&M and USC. Basically, he has the offers you’d expect the top JUCO player in the country to have.

Autry has a great first step and is more of a pass rusher than a run stopper at this point in his career. He’s a special player.

Mississippi State has made a living off defensive linemen from the in-state junior colleges, and Autry is just another in a long line. Miss State has quite the defensive line class this cycle, including Quay Evans, who committed recently.
