College Football Buffet, Week 14: LSU-Georgia, Oklahoma-Oklahoma State Are Your Main Courses

The SEC Championship Game and the Oklahoma - Oklahoma State showdown will determine who plays for the National Title. But there’s plenty more games out there worth adding to your plate this weekend.

Welcome back to the College Football Weekly Buffet here at SB Nation.

Every week, I break down the weekend schedule, separating the tasty morsels from the leftovers with the help of SB Nation’s college bloggers. By the time you wake up Saturday morning, grab your plate and head for the food line, you’ll already know exactly what you’re going to chow down on.

So let’s find out what looks tasty and what might be worth pushing to the side of your plate in this weekend’s college football buffet. (All times are Eastern).

GIVE ME A HEAPING HELPING

No. 10 Oklahoma Sooners vs. No. 3 Oklahoma State Cowboys (8:00 p.m., ABC) - Talk about a big day for the Pokes. It's Senior Day and they have the chance to beat the Sooners and possibly eek into the National Championship. Oklahoma needs to follow their own gameplan as much as possible.

No. 14 Georgia Bulldogs vs. 1 LSU Tigers (4:00 p.m., CBS) - Does Georgia have a shot? Their defense seems to think so (as does Mark Richt). They better score first, too, since once LSU gets a lead, it doesn''t let go.

I’LL HAVE A SCOOP OF THAT, PLEASE

No. 15 Wisconsin Badgers vs. No. 13 Michigan State Spartans (8:00 p.m., FOX) - Wisconsin's season changed drastically since its last-second loss to Michigan State earlier in the year. Still, the power of Paul Chryst can still compel the Badgers to victory.

No. 22 Texas Longhorns vs. No. 17 Baylor Bears (3:30 pm, ABC) - Texas fans are wondering how long Mack Brown will be around. Baylor fans are wondering if Robert Griffin III can make one final push for the Heisman.

I’LL TASTE IT FIRST...

No. 5 Virginia Tech Hokies vs. 20 Clemson Tigers (8:00 p.m., ESPN) - The Hokies want to avenge their lone loss on the year. Both teams have taken dramatically-different paths this season.

Southern Miss Golden Eagles vs. No. 6 Houston Cougars (12:00 p.m., ABC) - For the first time, both teams in the Conference USA Championship Game have 10+ wins. Houston leads the nation in points per game, scoring 52.7 points per contest, so, hopefully the Eagles can keep up.

I’LL KEEP THAT IN MIND FOR THE NEXT TRIP

Iowa State Cyclones vs. No. 11 Kansas State Wildcats (12:30 p.m., FSN) - Cyclone fans don’t know what to do with themselves now that the team is already bowl eligible. K-State is bowl bound as well, even if it’s not what they were hoping for early on.

Connecticut Huskies vs Cincinnati Bearcats (12:00 p.m., ESPN) - Louisville needs UConn to win this game in order to go to a BCS Bowl. The Huskies are just happy Randy Edsall is getting his comeuppance. The Bearcats can lock up a share of the Big East crown with a win here.

I DON’T KNOW ... SMELLS FUNNY ...

UNLV Rebels vs. No. 18 TCU Horned Frogs (2:30 p.m., Versus) - The Horned Frogs will try not to be confused by the "Running" Rebels in action.

Syracuse Orange vs. Pittsburgh Panthers (12:00 p.m., ESPN2) - It's an ACC Battle in Big East clothing. The loser's season is over, the winner gets to play in a bowl game you didn't know existed.

NO THANKS, PLATE’S FULL

Brigham Young Cougars vs. Hawaii Warriors (7:30 p.m., ESPN2) - Some Cougar fans want to see a change at QB.

New Mexico Lobos vs. 7 Boise State Broncos (6:00 p.m., The MTN) - While the game should be a cakewalk, the Brons are excited about a new AD and news that their coach isn't going anywhere.
