The Cyclones have just fallen behind Kansas State, but Iowa State is looking to spoil one more Big 12 team’s season before it goes to a bowl. Right now, the Wildcats are holding onto a three-point lead in the fourth quarter.
Iowa State Vs. Kansas State: Cyclones Threaten Another Team’s Season
Collin Klein is only 6-of-14, but the K State quarterback has made the most of those throws to put up 137 yards and a touchdown. Klein has also run for 87 yards and a score on 25 carries. And Anthony Cantele has connected on three field goals, including one in the opening moments of the fourth quarter to give the 'Cats their 23-20 lead.
Jared Barnett is 11-of-18 for the Cyclones for 131 yards, a touchdown and an interception. Jeff Woody has 12 runs for 68 yards and a pair of touchdowns, but a missed extra point could end up playing a major role in the game if the Cyclones are forced to settle for a kick at some point.
