Star Notre Dame wide receiver Michael Floyd, suspended after a March 20 DUI arrest, has had his case heard by the school's notoriously stern ResLife board and will not face a suspension for the fall semester. He's still serving a suspension from football, however, a punishment term that's approaching a month in length, and according to our friends at Rivals, he's not even close to getting back on the team:

Kelly talked about “hurdles” Floyd must clear for reinstatement but declined to specify what the rising senior must do to earn his way back. Combining a one game suspension with community service, rehab programs and checking anything else off of Brian Kelly’s list to prove he’s on the right track is a punishment that is not over-the-top but also prevents anyone from legitimately saying that Notre Dame took it easy on him because he’s a star athlete.Floyd’s court date is set for early May.
