UVA linebacker Ausar Walcott has been reinstated to the Cavaliers after serving a months-long suspension for an assault arrest. He’ll be moving to defensive end for the 2011 season.

Walcott’s reinstatement doesn’t necessarily mean he’ll regain the starting spot he held in 2010. In addition to being moved to defensive end and placed at the bottom of the depth chart (he missed all of spring ball while serving the suspension), Mike London has some plans for him that don’t sound too pleasant:
The other two errant Cavaliers have yet to be taken off suspension, and London has not set a timetable for their return.
