Purdue’s Patrick Bade has decided to give up basketball and move to the football team. He will compete for playing time at tight end.
Purdue Football Picks Up Patrick Bade From Basketball Team
The 6-foot-8 sophomore appeared in 58 games for the Boilermakers basketball team over the last two seasons, but he never gained any long-term playing time. As a freshman in 2009-10, Bade averaged 1.5 points and 7.3 minutes per game, but this past season saw him receive even less time on the court.
