Zach Brown has already graduated from the University of Wisconsin, but the strong runner will be taking his talents to the Pittsburgh Panthers for the 2011 college football season.
Wisconsin RB Zach Brown Reveals Pitt As Transfer Destination
Brown, a 5-foot-10, 220 pound running back, will be immediately eligible to play for the Panthers because he’s already earned his bachelors degree and has a year remaining on his eligibility, according to a release from the school. He was a redshirt for the Badgers this past season.
“We are extremely pleased that Zach Brown has chosen to continue his academic and athletic career at the University of Pittsburgh,” Pitt’s head football coach Todd Graham said in a release. “Unlike a younger player, Zach arrives with invaluable experience and a strong understanding of what it is like to play major college football. We expect him to be an immediate asset in our backfield.”
Since Brown has already earned a degree at Wisconsin, he’s decide to pursue his graduate studies in Pitt’s School of Education.
